The invention relates to a decorative pad for a steering wheel cover of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a decorative pad for the steering wheel cover of a vehicle in which the steering wheel cover wrapped around the steering wheel of vehicle is decorated with beads and others to provide the functional convenience such as aesthetic design, grip, and anti-slip. The decorative pad in the present invention comprises a base (110) which is cut in a rectangular shape plate having a predetermined thickness with a size corresponding to the steering wheel cover (10) so as to be an outer surface of the steering wheel cover (10); an accommodating unit (120) which is arranged and protruded on an upper surface of the base unit (110) to have a constant interval in vertical and horizontal directions; a decorative member (140) which is mounted in the accommodating unit (120) and includes a string penetration hole (143) at the center; and an extension string (130) which is inserted into the string penetration hole (143) to connect and fix multiple decorative members (140), wherein multiple knot holes (111) are penetrated and formed on the base (110) in the accommodating unit (120), and the extension string (130) is tied with various knotting methods by using the knot hole (111) to fix the decorative member (140).
