PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which realizes not only an excellent color mixing and a color irregularity reduction but also a predetermined brightness and a wide-range light distribution.SOLUTION: An illumination device is constituted, as follows, to comprise: a plurality of light sources 10-1 and 10-2 for emitting light source beams of mutually different wavelengths; a wavelength conversion member 23 having different absorptivities for the center wavelengths of the individual light source beams emitted from the light sources 10-1 and 10-2 and excited by incidence light of a specific wavelength, for emitting wavelength conversion light wavelength-converted from the incidence light; and a diffusion member 24 or a light-distribution alignment part for aligning and ejecting the distributed light of the light source beams and the distributed light of the wavelength conversion light. |
