PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a graphene using a submerged plasma.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a graphene comprising: immersing a pair of carbon electrodes in water or aqueous solution; generating a glow discharge plasma by applying a voltage between electrodes and between the carbon electrodes, in a pulsed mode on conditions of a voltage of 1 kV to 2 kV, a pulse width of 0.5 μs to 4 μs, and a frequency of 5 kHz to 50 kHz; and forming a graphene from the carbon electrodes by an action of the glow discharge plasma. |
