PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging control circuit capable of reducing layout area without being broken when a battery charger is connected even if any MOS transistor is used for a level shifter circuit, and a battery device.SOLUTION: In the charging/discharging control circuit, a level shifter circuit for converting a level of a voltage of a charging/discharging control signal outputted from a control circuit monitoring a voltage of a secondary battery comprises: a first transistor of a first conductivity type of which the gate is connected to an input terminal of the level shifter circuit and the source is connected to a first power supply terminal; a first resistor of which one terminal is connected to the input terminal of the level shifter circuit; a second transistor of a second conductivity type of which the gate is connected to another terminal of the first resistor, the drain is connected to a drain of the first transistor and the source is connected to a terminal to which a voltage to be level-converted is inputted; and a third transistor of the second conductivity type of which the gate and the drain are connected to the other terminal of the first resistor and the source is connected to the terminal to which the voltage to be level-converted is inputted. A battery device comprising the charging/discharging control circuit is also disclosed. |
