PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper punching method capable of preventing a crack from generating in a restraining body layer superimposed in a damper due to punching.SOLUTION: A damper material 3 includes: a liner 15 on which a pasting surface is removably pasted; a viscoelastic body layer 9; and a restraining body layer 11 superimposed on the viscoelastic body layer 9. In a method for punching out a damper 5, the damper 5 is punched out in the damper material 3 with a hollow punch 25 on a punching stage 33. The damper 5 is punched out while being positioned inside a hollow of the punch 25, and the damper material 3 is vibrated from a side of the punching stage 33 at a high frequency during the punching. |
