PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery-powered industrial vehicle in which overflow of water from a reservoir section can be prevented from having an impact on a fuel cell unit.SOLUTION: A forklift has a gas-liquid separator 15 for separating the off-gas discharged as power is generated from a fuel cell FC into water and gas, and a water storage tank 18 located below the gas-liquid separator 15 and into which the water separated by the gas-liquid separator 15 flows. Furthermore, the forklift has a relief tube 21 having one end communicating with a drainage 19 which communicates with the water storage tank 18, and the other end located above the one end and opened to the atmosphere. The relief tube 21 is provided so that the leakage water level L is located below the inlet 15b of off-gas in the gas-liquid separator 15. |
