PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a file server where the manner of determining a threshold value for determining a file to be saved is inefficient.SOLUTION: A business document processor is a device for supporting the determination of a threshold value that is a condition for saving a file existing in a file server. The processor includes a snapshot read processing unit which sets even a file, which has never been accessed within a target period, as a calculation target by obtaining a snapshot from an application that periodically crawls the file server. |
