The present invention relates to a rechargeable and portable apparatus for creating sterilized water for cosmetics, comprising: a solution storage part including a coupling part formed at a lower part and a storage tank for storing raw water; a spray part for spraying out sterilized water in the solution storage part; a lower housing coupled with the coupling part of the solution storage part and including a power supply part capable of being connected to an external power source; and a sterilized water generation module including an electrode plate unit placed near the storage tank to generate sterilized water from the raw water via electric discharge into water, a module cap having an opening part smaller than the electrode plate unit and arranged on the electrode plate unit, a module base combined with the module cap below the electrode plate unit, and a battery accommodation part for accommodating a battery capable of receiving electricity from the power supply part and storing the electricity and connected to the lower end of the module base. Therefore, the present invention enables electric charge by an external power source and facilitates the maintenance and repair of the module by composing the electrode plate unit and the battery accommodation part in one module. |
