The present invention provides a reactive cell opener composition formed comprising metal salt of fatty acid containing a hydroxyl group capable of reacting to base oil and an isocyanate group. The present invention is able to maintain the dispersibility in a molecule level by forming the reactive cell opener composition into a grease type mixed composition using a silicon oil surfactant and the like as base oil; and is able to perform effective cell opening functions in the molecule level by chemically binding a cell opening agent to a polyurethane main chain by the reaction of isocyanate (-NCO) and the hydroxyl group (-OH) of the reactive cell opening agent during a generation process of polyurethane foam to be manufactured. Accordingly, the present invention is able to solve ununiformed bubble formation and system instability according to formulation problems in use of an existing liquid cell opening agent, and dispersibility in use of a solid power type cell opening agent and problems according to mechanical abrasion in processes at the same time; and is able to effectively perform cell opening with a relatively small input.
