The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a roll type tissue product, including a fabric process unit for forming a cutting line on a fabric and cutting the cutting line; a roll pipe process unit for severing a roll pipe; and a product manufacture unit for winding the severed fabric around the severed roll pipe to manufacture a product. The fabric process unit, roll pipe process unit, and product manufacture unit are arranged in a single housing, from which a roll pipe is severed and supplied, and a fabric is formed with a cutting line and severed to be winded around the severed roll pipe to reach a manufacture of a final product. Most of the processes are automated and can be performed continuously, while enhancing the efficiency of product manufacture in a limited space and surface area without being restricted by installation environments and space. Moreover, each component can be provided in a modular concept to apprehend an immediate failure spot and to enable a quick response. |
