The present invention relates to graphene derivatives including dispersible groups in polymers and a preparation method thereof. Provided is graphene which is dispersible in polymers. More specifically, provided is a graphene material whose miscibility with polymers and solubility in an organic solvent are improved by the dispersible groups in the polymers included in the edge of the graphene.
