The system has a crimper (6) integrating a flywheel (60) and a crimping device including a crimping head (101) placed opposite to a lower face (62) of the fly wheel and adapted to crimp a lid (5) on peripheral edge of a storage barrel (3). The device has a mechanical control system to control the head between crimping and rest positions. The system has an arm mounted to rotate inside a through bore in the flywheel. Upper end of the arm extends to an upper face (61) of the flywheel and is attached to an actuator to swivel the arm in the bore, where lower end of the arm is connected to the head. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sealed closing installation of a closed enclosure (2) a closed enclosure for double door sealed transfer installation and for a sealed closing installation.
