The present invention relates to an electrode tab connecting apparatus and a battery module having the same. The present invention relates to an electrode tab connecting apparatus which secures the reliability of contact by reducing electric contact resistance between connected electrode taps and easily connects the electrode tap of battery cells by alternately arranging a tap fastener between the electrode taps of adjacent battery cells, arranging a pair of side plates in the outside of the battery cells which is located in the outermost, and mechanically coupling that by a coupling unit; and a battery module having the same.
