The present invention provides an air lubrication ship of a new concept. By arranging an air production device on a stern, to narrow the distance between the air production device and a power generator, the energy loss during the transfer of power from the power generator to the air production device can be reduced. By lengthily arranging an air jet device on the basal surface of the ship from the bow to the stern vertically, to make air sufficiently cover the basal surface of the ship, a hull resistance can be remarkably reduced. According to the present invention, no additional device is required for making the jetted air sufficiently cover the basal surface of the ship, thus eliminating a factor which increases the hull resistance. |
