PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electrical power consumption of a decanter while inhibiting overheating of a bearing part.SOLUTION: A horizontal centrifugal separation device comprises: a bowl which provides a centrifugal force to a processed liquid and centrifugally separates the processed liquid into a solid and a liquid; a screw conveyor which transfers the solid in the bowl to a discharge port; a bearing part which supports the screw conveyor; lubrication oil supply means which supplies a lubrication oil to the bearing part; measuring means which obtains information regarding the temperature state of the bearing part; and control means which controls a supply amount of the lubrication oil, which is supplied by the lubrication oil supply means, on the basis of a measurement result of the measuring means. |
