PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an outer rail 6 for both of burying storage for burying in a body and exposure storage for attaching on a surface of the body in common in an electric shutter for a building in which a guide rail 3 for guiding the opening and closing of a shutter curtain 2 has an inner and outer double rail structure allowing removal of an inner rail 7 from the outer rail 6 so that the shutter curtain 2 can be replaced.SOLUTION: The outer rail 6 is constituted by an inner half part 8 having a groove bottom part (first piece part 8a) of the outer rail 6, and a pair of outer half parts 9 having front and rear side pieces of the outer rail 6, and the inner half part 8 can be incorporated to the outer half part 9 from the right and left direction inner side to the outer side, and the outer rail 6 can be used for both of burying storage and exposure storage. |
