PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate line data corresponding to a single line on a document by efficiently transferring data of each CIS stored in a line buffer to a frame buffer.SOLUTION: On the basis of an essential read address range corresponding to an essential reading area within a reading-enabled area of a CIS, a memory controller 19 reads out data saved in the essential read address range of the CIS from each line buffer area on a line buffer 13 via a DMA buffer 14 and DMA-transfers it to a frame buffer area corresponding to the CIS in a frame buffer 15. Specifically, a destination address is specified on the basis of a reading timing difference set beforehand for each CIS, so that the DMA transfer is to a storage area depending on a line position of the data on a document, and the data is read out from the storage area corresponding to the same line position from each frame buffer area to generate a single line of data. |
