PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely find a playback place which is superior in singing skill and expressing power by displaying playback places evaluated as places of statistically high value in viewing when a karaoke singing moving image is played back.SOLUTION: A viewing recommended place display system for karaoke singing moving image includes: playback place evaluation information storage means 24 of storing playback place evaluation information on playback places evaluated in an arbitrary karaoke singing moving image as places of high value in viewing associatively with identification information on the arbitrary karaoke singing moving image; viewing recommended place statistics storage means 25 of storing a predetermined range as viewing recommended place information 27c on each karaoke singing moving image associatively with identification information on the karaoke singing moving image when a predetermined number or more of pieces of stored playback place evaluation information are present within the predetermined range; and viewing recommended place display control means 62 of displaying a viewing recommended place based upon the viewing recommended place information 27c on the karaoke singing moving image when the arbitrary karaoke singing moving image is played back.
