PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a raw material liquid remained in a storage tank without any waste at the time of resuming operation of a nanofiber manufacturing apparatus.SOLUTION: A nanofiber manufacturing apparatus includes: a plurality of outflow holes 111 for flowing out a raw material liquid 300; an outflow body 101 made of an insulating material having a storage tank 112 for storing the raw material liquid; a rod-like supply electrode 102 having a smooth curved surface at least at a position facing a storage tank side opening 110 of the outflow holes 111; a charge electrode 103 arranged by having a predetermined interval with the outflow body 101; and a charge power supply 104 for applying a predetermined voltage between the supply electrode 102 and the charge electrode 103. The outflow body 101 has an insertion port 114 for inserting the supply electrode 102 from outside of the outflow body 101 into the storage tank 112, and includes sealing means 115 provided around the insertion port 114 and sealing the insertion port 114. |
