1. A composite getter system comprising:
at least one NEG material, and at least one polyimide and/or polyamide based compound, wherein at least 80% of the NEG materials surface, which once put in place within a gas sensitive device faces an empty ambient surrounding the composite getter system within said gas sensitive device, is coated with said polyimide and/or polyamide based compound and said coating has a thickness comprised between 0.1 and 1 mm. |
