The present invention relates to a PHC pile lifting cable apparatus coupled to the top of a PHC pile, and connected to the hook of a lifting apparatus such as a crane or the like in order to lift the PHC pile. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the PHC pile lifting cable apparatus lifting the PHC pile when coupled to the top of the PHC pile having a hollow longitudinally formed in the center thereof, having grouting grooves longitudinally formed on both facing sides thereof, and having through-holes separated from the top thereof, perpendicular to the grouting grooves, and horizontally bored comprises a coupling ring having a shape equal to the cross section of the PHC pile, and having multiple fastening holes bored therein; a cylindrical coupling tube having a hollow in the center thereof, and having coupling holes horizontally bored in the center thereof to be coupled to the lower side of the coupling ring; a ring piece shaped into a semicircular ring, having a holding hole bored in the upper side thereof, and having a bottom coupled to the upper side of the coupling ring; and a reinforcing piece shaped into a semicircular ring perpendicularly coupled to the ring piece, and having a bottom coupled to the upper side of the coupling ring, wherein the coupling ring is coupled to the top of the PHC pile by bolts, and the coupling tube inserted into the hollow of the PHC pile is coupled to the PHC pile by bolts penetrating the coupling holes and the through-holes of the PHC pile.
