The invention relates to a bone plate system with a bone plate (14), a pressure plate (16), and a bone screw (15). The bone plate (14) comprises a through-hole (18), said through-hole (18) having a seat surface (20) with a variable angle for the bone screw (15). In the connected state of the system, the bone screw (15) is inserted into the through-hole (18). The head (19) of the bone screw (15) is enclosed between the bone plate (14) and the pressure plate (16). The pressure plate (16) is fixed to the bone plate (14) via a screw connection (17, 22) which has two securing screws (17). According to the invention, the axes (23) of the securing screws (17) spread apart such that the distance between the axes (23) of the securing screws (17) increases in the screw-in direction. The head (19) of the bone screw (15) is thereby reliably fixed between the pressure plate (16) and the bone plate (14). |
