A company advertisement and donation system using a game application in a smartphone comprises: a content database for storing advertisement content and donation promoting content; a game/advertisement server for storing the game application configured to be capable of receiving the advertisement content and the donation promoting content from the content database and executing the advertisement content and the donation promoting content from the content database, and counting the number of downloads of the stored game application; a smartphone for downloading the game application from the game/advertisement server, downloading the advertisement content and the donation promoting content from the content database on the downloaded game application and executing the game and the downloaded content on the game application; and a company donation server for receiving the number of the downloads from the game/advertisement server and providing a set donation determined according to the number of the downloads to a predetermined charity organization server. The advertisement content includes company image advertisement content, product advertisement content, and local government event advertisement content. The donation promoting content includes amount of donation from the company or the local government, the charity organization receiving the donation, a donation usage specification, and the total number of downloads of a corresponding game application.
