The present invention relates to a stapler having an upper operation unit and a lower base which can be separated as necessary. The stapler includes a hinge connecting part supporting the upper operation unit with respect to the lower base so that the operation unit operates on the lower base. The hinge connecting part is coupled integrally with the upper operating part, and has at least one pair of magnets mounted on a lower portion of the upper operating unit and an upper portion of the lower base unit which are positioned at the same distance on the basis of a hinge shaft of the hinge connecting part. At least two pairs of magnets are mounted on a lower portion of the hinge connecting part and the lower base belonging to the lower portion of the hinge connecting part. Therefore, the upper operation unit and the lower base of the stapler can be used separately, and the portability there is improved. In particular, staple can be reliably inserted into document even when the upper operation unit and the lower base are separated or not. |
