CHOCOLATE CONTAINING ORGANIC APPLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an organic apple chocolate and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, organic apple powder and an apple extract are added to chocolate to manufacture the organic apple chocolate having an organic apple flavor and enhanced nutrients. The manufacturing method of an organic apple chocolate includes the steps of: producing the organic apple powder and the apple extract; finishing producing the organic apple chocolate by mixing the organic apple powder and the apple extract obtained in the earlier step; and performing assessment on physical properties, colors, and sensory properties of the organic apple chocolate. According to the present invention, the organic apple chocolate: can maintain flavor and scent of organic apples; contains active ingredients of organic apples such as vitamins and inorganic nutrients; and thus contains enhanced nutrients and flavor of the apple.
