PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device which can change a terminal capability to be used for communication according to a user operation when a plurality of terminal capabilities are available in the mobile terminal device in a specific communication mode for mobile communication.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device comprises: a communication unit which executes communication with a base station by a specific mobile communication mode; an operation reception unit which receives at least a terminal capability change operation for changing the terminal capability to be used when the communication unit executes communication by the mobile communication mode; and a terminal capability control unit which controls the communication unit to execute communication with the base station by using the terminal capability specified by the terminal capability change operation received by the operation reception unit. |
