PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel which suppresses parasitic capacitance that are generated in a capacitance in a portion in which a signal line and a scan line intersect each other, and a capacitance in a channel of a transistor, and to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display panel, a channel region Ntft of a thin film transistor is one single gate transistor. A semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor is arranged on a plane between a scan line 24 and a signal line 25 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of a substrate. The channel region Ntft is bent, and thereby is located so that a channel region end PD closer to a contact portion 25a overlaps the signal line 25, and is not located so that a channel region end PS closer to a contact portion 90a overlaps the signal line 25. |
