Provided is a device for incinerating discarded material such as everyday garbage, unwanted rubber products, and plastics, without generating smoke, odors, or dust. An incineration material (6), which has been placed on a fire grating (2) of an incineration furnace (1), is incinerated without generating smoke, odors, or dust, by controlling an incineration material combustion burner (7) and an exhaust gas combustion burner (25) and a mist nozzle (28) provided in an exhaust gas collective outflow port (3), and an air supply blower used for cooling the exhaust gas, and, as needed, by controlling a blower (11) used for burning the incineration material. This control is performed using a high-output signal (H) or a proportional control signal (P) transmitted from a smoke concentration sequencer controller (20) of a smoke concentration instruction converter (17), which is provided on the exhaust gas outlet side of an exhaust gas cooling tower (12) provided at the exhaust gas collective outflow port (3) of the incineration furnace (1). |
