The present invention relates to a flow visualization device and a method using a pulsed laser. The flow visualization device includes a pulse generation part which generates a pulse laser; a pulse division part which divides the generated pulse laser; a first and a second optical fiber which have one end connected to the pulse division part and the other end facing an object, and emits a divided pulse laser from the pulse division part to the object; and a camera which photographs an image with regards to the object by using the divided pulse laser which is emitted to the object. The first and the second optical fiber have different lengths.
