The present invention relates to a laptop with monitor opening and closing and angle adjustment functions and a mouse for the same. The laptop includes a monitor unit, a main body unit, and a rotational power providing hinge unit to adjust the angle of the monitor unit with the main body unit as the center. The laptop includes: an automatic opening and closing button formed on the rear surface of a screen realization area of the monitor unit; and a monitor opening and closing control module formed on a system memory of the main body unit which reads a standard angle information (a1) stored in the log storage unit of the main body unit or a log angle information (a2) corresponding to the angle information between the monitor unit and the main body unit in a state finally used by a user, creates an angle control command to a state corresponding to the read standard angle information (a1) or log angle information (a2), and transmits the angle control command to the rotational power providing hinge unit to form an angle between the monitor unit and the main body unit into a standard angle or a log angle, when an automatic opening and closing request signal is received from the automatic opening and closing button in a state which the main body unit and the monitor unit are folded. |
