PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device capable of reducing pressing force of a plate pressed against a work-piece in leak inspection.SOLUTION: A seal device 100 includes: a plate 10 having a first groove 11 and a second groove 12 formed on one face (front face); and a first seal material 15 and a second seal material 16 fitted to the first groove 11 and the second groove 12. In the seal device 100, the plate 10 is brought into pressure-contact with a work-piece W having a first opening portion OP1 and a second opening portion OP2 different from each other in necessary surface pressures on the same plane, and the first opening portion OP1 and the second opening portion OP2 of the plane are sealed by the first seal material 15 and the second seal material 16. A depth of the second groove 12 to which the second seal material 16 for sealing the second opening portion OP2 having large necessary surface pressure is fitted, is formed to be shallower than a depth of the first groove 11 to which the first seal material 15 for sealing the first opening portion OP1 having small necessary surface pressure is fitted. |
