PURPOSE: A producing method of a tungsten compound and a cobalt compound by recycling waste cemented carbide scraps is provided to complexly apply wet processing and dry processing for improving the yield of tungsten and cobalt and reduce environment burden by using the low concentration of acid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a tungsten compound and a cobalt compound comprises the following steps: oxidizing waste cemented carbide in the high dose of oxygen; crushing recycling waste cemented carbide scraps with a crusher; stirring and heating the recycling waste cemented carbide scrap powder in a hydrochloric acid solution, and filtering the mixture to obtain a tungsten oxide precipitate and a cobalt extract; removing impurities from the cobalt extract except for cobalt by pH adjustment; and neutralizing the cobalt extract for precipitating into cobalt oxides before filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the cobalt compound.
