PURPOSE: A structure of a locking tuning screw using plastic is provided to make a tuning screw with less weight and reduce related costs. CONSTITUTION: A locking tuning screw (20) is inserted into a main body (30) with a cavity of a RF filter in a structure enabling to tune a coupling with a resonator of the RF filter. The main body is an outer appearance of a filter that passes predetermined frequencies. The main body has a female screw fixing recess for turning the coupling with the resonator inside thereof. The locking tuning screw is formed by plating of an injection-molded plastic material and fixing the ridge of a male screw in the female fixing recess through tight fitting. The locking tuning screw does not protrude to the top of a cover of the main body such that an insertion position inside of the main body moves frequency of the resonator and prevents micro changes in the coupling.
