PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow observation of a junction between a column and a beam constituting a structure skeleton or a junction between the structure skeleton and a foundation by exposing it to the indoor side without significantly altering the external appearance of a general residence building.SOLUTION: In a part of the outer periphery of a residence building for demonstration in which a structure skeleton is supported on a foundation 11 formed on a subsoil, an exterior wall 81 is formed on an outdoor side at an interval with a column 51 constituting the structure skeleton. The exterior wall 81 is connected with and held by a column 51 or a beam 58 supported by the column 51 via a connection member 86, and a top edge of the exterior wall is provided so as to be housed in an eaves of a roof 62 supported by a column 60 of a second floor part. A junction between the column 51 and the foundation 11 made of concrete and junctions between the column and the beams 58, 59 are exposed to the indoor side and can be observed from the indoor side. |
