A touch control device, comprising a cover plate, a first shielding layer, a signal lead wire layer, and a second shielding layer; the cover plate is provided with a visual area and a shielding area located on the side of the visual area, the shielding area comprising a first area, a second area, and a third area; the first shielding layer is disposed on the surface of the cover plate and in the first and second area, the first shielding layer has a flat surface; the signal lead wire layer is located in the first area and disposed on the flat surface of the first shielding layer; and the second shielding layer is at least located in the third area adjacent to the edge of the cover plate, the viscosity of the second shielding layer being greater than the viscosity of the first shielding layer. Also provided is a forming method for the touch control device. The touch control device of the present invention can avoid the problem of uneven surface of the shielding layer formed at the edge of the cover plate when the shielding layer uses materials having lower viscosity such as the black photoresist. |
