Provided is a gas barrier film laminate that comprises at least two gas barrier films and that is characterized in that: two adjacent gas barrier films are laminated via an adhesive agent layer; and the adhesive agent layer is produced by irradiating an adhesive agent composition layer formed using an energy ray-curable adhesive agent composition with energy rays and thereby curing the adhesive agent composition layer. Also provided are a production method for the gas barrier film laminate and an electronic member that comprises the gas barrier film laminate. The present invention provides: a gas barrier film laminate that has high moisture barrier properties and that is unlikely to suffer from visible defects such as bubbles even when subjected to high temperature and high humidity over a long period of time; a production method for the gas barrier film laminate; and an electronic member comprising the gas barrier film laminate.
