Provided are an electrical device and filter capable of continually decomposing unwanted ozone at low cost when utilizing ozone to treat an object; the electrical device (50) is provided with a treatment tank (51) capable of storing the ozone and an electrical device (50) capable of utilizing the ozone to treat an object stored in the treatment tank (51), and comprises an outflow path (55) and a filter (1); one end (55A) of the outflow path (55) is connected to the treatment tank (51), such that the ozone in the treatment tank (51) flows out from the end (55A); the filter (1) is provided with a zigzag flow path (40) beyond a certain length and embedded in the outflow path (55); and when the ozone passes through the zigzag flow path (40), the filter (1) enables the ozone to impact the side wall (40A) of the flow path while passing through the zigzag flow path (40), facilitating the natural decomposition of the ozone.
