PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device mounted with a radio communication device connecting to a home energy management system and capable of suppressing an influence on illumination.SOLUTION: An illumination device 10 includes an illumination apparatus 11 having a light-emitting part 13 and a non-light-emitting part 28. A lighting control device 16 connected to a home energy management system controls the light-emitting part 13. A radio communication device 43 connecting the lighting control device 16 to the home energy management system is placed in the non-light-emitting part 28 of the illumination apparatus 11.
