PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for a rolling bearing comprising acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, that maintains seal performance equal to or better than conventional ones and is designed to have lower torque by reducing a frictional coefficient between the seal and a mating member.SOLUTION: A rubber composition constituting a rubber material composition constituting a seal for a rolling bearing comprises acrylonitrile butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile content (AN amount) of 18-30 mass%. The rubber material composition has a loss modulus (E'') of 1.0×10MPa or less over a frequency range of 0.01-10 Hz at -20°C to 40°C.
