PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding that has a satisfactory surface nature while maintaining hardness; an infusion molding method that produces the same; and an infusion form block that is used in the molding method. ! SOLUTION: An infusion form block includes a shaft body that has at least one of surface expanded parts of a salient and a recess at an outer peripheral surface. A production method of a fiber-reinforced resin molding includes: a laminate process in which a reinforcement fiber layer is laminated to the infusion form block; a decompression process in which the form block to which the reinforcement fiber layer is laminated is covered by an airtight film, and decompression is performed within the airtight film; and an impregnation process in which the reinforcement fiber layer is impregnated by a matrix resin. !
