A cavity space (17) fits over the base by using the envelope, such that the base with distance from the upper surface expands to a portion (13) to form a base neck (14). The portion is engaged into a corresponding undercut (18) of the cavity in such a way that the portion is held in the mounted position of the base under tensile stress in the cavity.</p>
