Provided is a solar cell that includes a light absorption layer including an p-type compound semiconductor, a buffer layer that comprises a second buffer layer disposed on the light absorption layer and a first buffer layer disposed on the second buffer layer, and a ZnS content of the first buffer layer is greater than a ZnS content of the second buffer layer.
