PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cooling effect from decreasing by preventing the cooling effect from decreasing depending upon how a body case housing a communication apparatus is installed and performing refrigerant circulation satisfactorily without reference to an installation direction of the body case. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes the body case 1 having an air vent, and also has, in the body case 1, a refrigerant circulation path 8 formed by sequentially connecting a heat absorber 3, a liquid pipe 4, a radiator 5, and a gas pipe 6, and a heat generating portion 7a thermally coupled to the heat absorber 3 of the refrigerant circulation path 8. The body case 1 has an installation surface used in common for a plurality of installation styles. The radiator 5 of the refrigerant circulation path 8 is arranged in the body case 1 at a position higher than the heat absorber 3, a coupling portion of the gas pipe 6 for the radiator 5 is at a position higher than a coupling portion of the liquid pipe 4 for the radiator 5, and a coupling portion of the gas pipe 6 for the heat absorber 3 is at a position higher than a coupling portion of the liquid pie 4 for the heat absorber 3 to perform the refrigerant circulation satisfactorily without reference to the installation direction of the body case 1, thereby preventing the cooling effect from decreasing.
