A Control system linked to an industrial facility such as a commercial business, manufacturing facility or technical production or processing apparatus 201, receives information on time critical processes and supporting information via a rule based filter 203, producing reminders, summary reports and status reports for display on a dashboard or graphical user interface (GUI) 206. The system receives instructions and provide automated control and oversight of the facility and tracks and records user activity. Cameras or GPS may be used in laptops, computers or smart phones to track users. The rule based filters may be manually or automatically configurable. The dashboard may display processes or tasks on a Cartesian frame having a priority axis and a status axis. The system may distribute, collate and track automated assurance questions and answers 205 directly from key stakeholders to enable faster decision making, higher quality results and lower delivery costs. Additional features include a question-handling system, an exception reporting system and a social community area. The system may provide real time, automated assurance to sponsors. Questions and answers may be sent to a device via an icon, reducing reliance on email. |
