PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently maintain a lighting system of an elevator car. SOLUTION: The elevator car includes a plurality of side plates 3, a ceiling plate 1 arranged on the upper side of the side plates 3, a luminaire 2 mounted to a ceiling face 1a, a lighting case 5 covering the luminaire 2, and a lighting cover 6 covering the lighting case 5. The lighting case 5 has a hooking oblong hole communicated with a mounting face portion and a side face portion. The hooking oblong hole includes a narrow oblong hole portion allowing engagement of a fastening nut 12 with an edge surface, and a wide oblong hole portion allowing penetration of the fastening nut 12. With the ceiling plate 1 provided on the side plates 3, a hooking bolt 11 and the fastening nut 12 penetrate through the wide oblong hole portion of the lighting case 5.
