摘要 The method involves providing a start target astigmatism distribution for the spectacle lens. A transformed target astigmatism distribution is determined by multiplying the value of the maximum temporal target astigmatism and start target astigmatism distribution with a factor which is a function of regulation value and parameter of the spectacle lens. A transform start target astigmatism distribution is set based on the amended maximum astigmatism. The spectacle lens is optimized based on the transformed distribution. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) computer program product for optimization of progressive spectacle lens; (2) memory medium storing program for optimization of progressive spectacle lens; (3) device for optimization of progressive spectacle lens; (4) method for manufacture of progressive spectacle lens; and (5) device for manufacture of progressive spectacle lens.
