PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear damper having a function of limiting relative displacement between a gear and a hub when an excessive torque is input to a constant amount so that the damage of a rubber elastomer is prevented. SOLUTION: A circumferential direction stopper structure is provided, which limits circumferential direction relative displacement between a gear and a hub to a prescribed angle when the gear and the hub are relatively displaced in a circumferential direction by engaging an inner surface of a recess provided to a sleeve relative to an element piece inserted through a rubber elastomer. An axial direction stopper structure is provided, which limits axial direction relative displacement between the gear and the hub to a prescribed distance when the gear and the hub are relatively displaced in an axial direction by engaging the sleeve or the hub with one flange provided at an end of the element piece in the axial direction and by engaging the sleeve or the gear with the other flange in the axial direction.
