FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: sensor of microadmixtures of carbon oxide contains a semiconductor base and a substrate. The semiconductor base is made of a polycrystalline nanofilm of cadmium telluride, doped with cadmium sulphide, applied on the non-conducting substrate.EFFECT: increase of the sensor sensitivity and technological effectiveness of its manufacturing, with providing the possibility of determining carbon oxide microadmixtures in gas mixtures at room temperature.3 dwg |
