<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content sharing system and method, along with a program, capable of executing content sharing in real time with high quality by keeping a time from when a transmitting terminal transmits content data till when a receiving terminal completes receiving always within a limited time during group speech communication. <P>SOLUTION: Both transmitting terminals (user terminals 1A to 1D) and a relay server 2 have communication band measure 12 and 21 for measuring an available band to a transfer partner of content data, and data compressor 14 and 25 for compressing a data amount of the content data, wherein the relay server 2 has a reduction method determiner 22 for respectively determining a data reduction rate in a transmitting terminal and the relay server 2 on the basis of each available band from the transmitting terminal to the relay server 2 and from the relay server 2 to a receiving terminal and the data amount of content data, and a reduction rate notifier 23 for notifying the transmitting terminal of a data reduction rate of the transmitting terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
