PURPOSE: A producing method of health supplementary food using Acer tegmentosum is provided to offer the liver function improvement and protective action to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using Acer tegmentosum comprises the following steps; inserting crushed jade stones into a water purifier; inserting the roots of Acer tegmentosum and Rosa multiflora into purified water discharged from the water purifier, and heating the water at 100 deg. C for concentrating for 40-50 hours; and inserting ginseng and Dictamnus albus into the obtained concentrate, and concentrating the mixture at 100 deg. C for 65-75 hours. |
